Submissions Policy

Artists who are interested in applying for an exhibition in the W.K.P. Kennedy Gallery should provide a proposal package for the consideration of the Gallery Officer and the gallery's programming committee. The programming committee meets once yearly on the Saturday in October prior to Thanksgiving, but submissions are accepted year round.

The package should include fifteen to twenty images of current work, a corresponding documentation sheet, and a curriculum vitae. As well you may provide an exhibition proposal. (e.g. If you plan to exhibit work based on a particular theme, or a collaborative exhibition, multi-media, etc.), a brief artist's statement, reviews and catalogues from previous exhibitions. You should also include a stamped, self-addressed envelope for the return mail.

The W.K.P. Kennedy Gallery serves its community by providing a balanced program of contemporary and historical art. Programming is planned approximately twelve to eighteen months in advance.
