This series of digital collages, called Evolution Pages, depicts the post-9/11 world. It?s a world of chaos controlled and uncontrolled, deceptions blatant and hidden, multiple simultaneous narratives, suicidal landscapes, and a timeless criminality full of surprises, with a wide-eyed humanity taking it all in while struggling against fear and numbing to find meaning in the fragments that fall at its feet. Del Tredici began as a street photographer and went on to document the nuclear weapons industry in the US and the USSR.
He brings a streetwise approach to a series of large-scale collages that track and challenge the vicissitudes of our Terror Wars. He has had one-man exhibitions in London, Stockholm, Berlin, Essen, Hiroshima, Washington, Stockholm, Semipalatinsk, Chelyabinsk, Medellin, Jaipur, Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, and Window Rock, Arizona.
