Jack Lockhart Demonstration

Thursday, March 13, 11 am - 3 pm

Renowned regional painter Jack Lockhart brings a collection of entirely new works to the WKP Kennedy Gallery's Gallery I Space this March. In this series, Lockhart experiments with the 3-D aspect that may be achieved with layers of acrylic paint, which creates a unique effect and an interesting grouping of pieces in the gallery. Lockhart’s technique of layering acrylic paint has become a part of one of the artist’s most recognizable works, and is also one of his trade secrets.

Jack will be demonstrating some of his techniques here at the Kennedy Gallery on Tuesday, March 11 and Thursday, March 13 between the hours of 11 am and 3 pm.
